Welcome to transhealing.id. By booking a trip or using our services, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read carefully before making any reservation.

1. Booking and Payment

  • A reservation is confirmed once a deposit is received.
  • Full payment must be completed at least [7 days] before the trip date.
  • Prices are quoted in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) unless stated otherwise.

2. Cancellation and Refund Policy

  • Cancellations made [30 days or more] before the trip will receive a full refund (minus administrative fees).
  • Cancellations made [15–29 days] before the trip will receive a 50% refund.
  • Cancellations made [14 days or less] before the trip are non-refundable.
  • No-shows will not be eligible for any refund.
  • In case of cancellation by Transhealing (e.g., due to weather or safety concerns), participants will be offered either a rescheduled trip or a full refund.

3. Participant Responsibility

  • Participants must ensure they are physically and mentally fit for the chosen activity (trekking, fishing, diving, etc.).
  • Any health conditions or special needs must be informed at the time of booking.
  • Participants are responsible for their own travel documents, visas, and insurance.

4. Travel Insurance

  • We strongly recommend participants obtain travel insurance covering medical expenses, trip cancellation, and personal belongings.
  • Transhealing is not liable for any accidents, injuries, or losses during the trip.

5. Itinerary and Activities

  • Itineraries may change due to weather, safety, or other operational reasons.
  • Transhealing reserves the right to adjust schedules, activities, or accommodation when necessary.
  • Fishing trips and outdoor activities are subject to natural conditions and cannot be guaranteed.

6. Liability

  • While we prioritize safety, participation in outdoor activities (trekking, fishing, snorkeling, etc.) involves inherent risks.
  • Transhealing is not responsible for injuries, accidents, delays, loss of property, or circumstances beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters, government regulations, strikes).

7. Use of Photos and Media

  • By joining our trips, participants grant permission for photos or videos taken during activities to be used for promotional purposes by Transhealing, unless stated otherwise in writing.

8. Governing Law

  • These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Indonesia.
  • Any disputes will be settled under the jurisdiction of the Indonesian court system.
